My ex-husband is a drug addict(although he prefers the term opiate addict). Although he's still alive, a part of him - and me, I suppose, and the whole of our relationship died a slow, agonizing spiritual death (it's only quick if it kills you physically). Heroin makes you love it to death...It's a vampire.
